The Peak at Sky Mountain

IDEAL acquired The Peak at Sky Mountain in a joint venture. The Peak at Sky Mountain marks IDEAL’s fourth acquisition in the Reno/Sparks metropolitan area and the third in the West Reno submarket. Located adjacent to the I-80 freeway, residents have direct access to major employers such as Tesla, Apple, and Google while also being a short drive from the University of Nevada campus. IDEAL plans to rebrand and renovate the property over time.
