Nia Stockbridge
Construction Manager

Nia Stockbridge, joined the IDEAL team in 2013. She is responsible for overseeing Construction Management and Pre-Construction Services for IDEAL. Her duties include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, negotiation of contracts, quality management, and contract administration. Nia's industry experience includes various types of multifamily construction projects. Since 2016 she has managed six rehabilitation projects totally over $40 million in construction costs.

Nia received a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Statistics from University of California Santa Barbara. She is the Vice President of the Independence Village Homeowners Association located in Clovis, CA, and is currently pursuing her contractor’s license.
