Erik Holland is a Project Manager at Real Estate Development Services (REDS) and Central California Housing Corporation (CCHC). Since joining the company in 2012, he has played a significant contributing role in new construction and rehabilitation projects with responsibilities extending from project feasibility analysis through finance applications, underwriting and loan closing, direct construction monitoring, construction draws, and lease up budget and operating budget monitoring. Erik specializes in complex financial pro formas and analysis and successfully securing secondary affordable project finance through highly competitive programs. His other key roles include relationship interface with local municipalities, overseeing due diligence activities and executing complex refinance scenarios for existing clients. Erik brings his experience with financial modeling to Ideal Capital Group to help the team evaluate potential deal opportunities. He played a fundamental role in the development of a financial model for the first three acquisitions made by Ideal Capital Group.
Erik earned a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude in Business Administration from the Smittcamp Family Honors College at California State University, Fresno and was the recipient of the MBA award of excellence, earning an MBA with distinction from California State University, Fresno.
